We’ve found several great books and software tools to get our child for the OLSAT test prep for New York City gifted and talented program. Some of these items are directly related to the OLSAT / BRSA testing style of questions while other books are great as parents resources for educational development for their student in the NYC gifted and talented program. Overall, these items we consider excellent for OLSAT test preparation along with general preparation for gifted and talented school work within the gifted and talented program in NYC.

It looks like the DOE really has their act together and have posted the 2008-2009 school year survey results! I wasn’t expecting these parents and teachers surveys posted until August at the earliest. Please keep in mind these survey results are at the aggregate level and don’t segment out the gifted and talented programs.  Continue reading

I received a summer G&T testing notification from a NYC public school parent who is going to test her child via OLSAT / BRSA this summer for New York City schools gifted and talented program for first grade for the G&T.
